Youth Works - Counselling for Adult and Young People

Youth Works offer a range of counselling, therapeutic and support services to meet the needs of children, young people and adul​ts. We are members of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy.​ Based in Kettering.

Teamwork - Counselling Programme and other supports

Our team of counsellors, based at our three centres in Corby, Kettering and Wellingborough, work with and support individuals with a range of needs and challenges - offering people an opportunity to work towards achieving their own goals.

We are able to help people with a range of issues such as anxiety and depression, loss and bereavement, trauma and abuse, eating disorders, mental health issues, work based stress and relationship issues.

Changing Minds - IAPT

The service offers a number of different interventions including; talking therapies, workshops, online programmes, peer support and webinars for people who suffer from mild to moderate depression and/or anxiety in Northamptonshire.

Positive Mental Training

A charity dedicated to promoting skills training for positive mental health, to enhance everyday wellbeing, increase resilience to, and recovery from, mental health difficulties. We can all learn how to do this by using simple exercises such as breath control and sports mind training techniques.
